New Publication Alert: Rigidity Sensing of Inclusions Directs Differentiated Cell Elongation and Force Generation across Phenotypes

This work presents a simplified platform to discern how phenotype and local mechanical heterogeneity impact cellular behavior, through mechanical sensing and feedback. Through a controlled in vitro setting, this work aims to elucidate how fibroblasts and the activated phenotype, myofibroblasts, respond to local mechanical cues.
