Yoo Jin Lee

I received my Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University and my B.S. in Polymer Science and Engineering from Pusan National University in Korea. My previous work focused on synthesizing and formulating liquid crystal elastomers to achieve targeted material properties. At Yale, my research aims to bridge materials science and biology by designing structured biomaterials for tissue engineering.
